Delivery area and charges

Delivery is available to United States addresses only. Every US order receives free Standard Shipping without a minimum purchase. Check the complete street address and any apartment or unit details before completing checkout.

Dispatch and estimated arrival

We normally need 1–2 business days to process an order. Once it is dispatched, allow an estimated 4–6 business days for Standard Shipping. These periods exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Carrier disruption or other delivery difficulties may extend them, so an exact arrival date is not promised.

Tracking and delivery support

After dispatch, we email the tracking details to the address attached to your order. Contact us immediately about an incorrect delivery address, although a shipped parcel cannot always be redirected. For a late, lost, damaged or misdelivered order, send its reference, tracking information and relevant photographs so we can investigate with the carrier.
