Simple Modern provides the following information for customers of this store.

Return eligibility

A return or exchange starts with a request to our team no later than 30 days after your parcel is delivered. Have your order reference or purchase evidence ready. Eligible merchandise must remain unused and retain its original condition and packaging.

Return transport and problems

Do not send a parcel back before obtaining instructions. We cover shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns and for damage, defects, missing contents or incorrect goods, using a prepaid label or an approved method we provide. Describe any problem and attach helpful photos with the order details. Our contact address below is the default return address unless we supply a dedicated one.

Refunds and amendments

When an approved return reaches us and passes inspection, we send the refund through the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Requests to cancel or amend an order should reach us as early as possible before dispatch; they are not guaranteed. Nothing here removes consumer rights protected by applicable law.
